Springbank Hill is a Calgary community composed of mostly single family homes and is conveniently located close to many amenities including the Westside Recreation Centre. The West leg of the LRT is also planned for completion in 2012 which will make this desirable community even better.

Located just on the South side of 17th Avenue Springbank Hill provides great access to those who work in the Downtown of Calgary via 17th Avenue as well as Bow Trail further to the North. There is also quick access to Glenmore trail (via Highway 8 ) at the bottom of the hill on 69th Street SW.
